This policy explains how Atreus Capital LLC, doing business as Atreus.io (“Atreus,” “we,” “us”), handles information when you visit atreus.io or use an app or service we publish (together, the “Services”). If an individual app has its own privacy notice, that notice applies to the app in addition to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email us for support or otherwise contact us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to share in your message, such as device details or screenshots.
Information collected by our apps
The data an app collects, if any, depends on its features, and is described in that app's privacy details on the App Store. We collect only what an app needs to work, to provide support, and to keep it secure and reliable. This may include crash reports and diagnostics that Apple shares with developers when you opt in on your device.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may share limited transaction information with us, such as whether a purchase or subscription is active.
Website
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- To respond to support requests and other messages
- To diagnose problems and protect the Services against fraud and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Services (for example hosting and email), who may use it only on our behalf
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Atreus, our users, or others
- As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing beka@atreus.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws in the United States, and we will honor them as required. Deleting an app from your device removes data stored locally by that app.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
