Getting help with an app
To help us sort things out quickly, please include:
- The app's name and the version you're running
- Your device and its iOS / iPadOS version
- What happened, with steps to reproduce it and a screenshot if you have one
Purchases and refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything else related to a purchase, email us.
