Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of atreus.io and the apps and services published by Atreus Capital LLC, doing business as Atreus.io (“Atreus,” “we,” “us”) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Apps distributed through the App Store

If you download one of our apps from Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the app provides its own license agreement. Atreus, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps.

License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services, except as permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them
• Use the Services to send spam or distribute malware

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple account settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of any content you create or submit through the Services. You give us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the Services to you.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Atreus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Names and links to portfolio companies on this site belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atreus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
